ETRC - SPRING HUNT TEST INFORMATION
| The EAST TENNESSEE RETRIEVER CLUB proudly announces our AKC Member Spring Hunt Test on Saturday and Sunday, May 27 and 28, 2006, at the Calvin Holt Farm, I-75 South, Exit 62, Hwy 322, Sweetwater, Tennessee. We invite you to come join us for an enjoyable weekend. The tests are a Single Split Master, and Double Senior and Double Junior beginning on Saturday. On Saturday evening at the conclusion of the tests we will meet at the Holt Tractor Sales Office building for a barbecue dinner, raffle, and ribbon presentation. Additional entry forms may be printed from the ETRC website at: www.etrclub.org Running order will be placed on the website by May 23. |

POLICY Bitches in season shall not be eligible for entry and shall not be allowed on the grounds. Full refund will be given for bitches in season, injury, illness, or death with a veterinarian’s statement (Chapter 1, Sec. 5) received within 7 days of the test completion. Dogs withdrawn for any other reason will require a written statement, board approval, and a $15.00 fee. No refunds for NO SHOWS. ATTIRE Participants, judges, and workers shall be attired in dark or camouflage hunting attire which adequately reflects a water fowling or upland hunting environment. FOOD Food will be available on the grounds. Hot dogs, hamburgers, snacks, and drinks will be available in the Holt Tractor Sales bldg.
